Opinion ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW Appellant was convicted by the trial court of the misdemeanor offense of enticing a child pursuant to V.T.C.A. Penal Code, ? 25.04 and was assessed ten days confinement in the county jail. On appeal to the Tenth Supreme Judicial District Court of Appeals the appellant raised four grounds of error. The Court of Appeals addressed the grounds of error in an unpublished opinion and found each to be unmeritorious and affirmed the appellant's conviction. Cunyus v. State (Tex.App. - Waco, No. 10-85-008-CR, delivered June 20, 1985).
